  1. Order with a link to your paper (arXiv, DOI or PDF). We fetch the PDF and pull the figures.
  2. Approve the script. You get a page showing each narration sentence next to the exact passage of your paper it came from. Approve it, or edit any sentence. Nothing is voiced until you approve.
  3. Receive the video: 16:9 MP4 with burned-in captions, an SRT file, and download links that work for 30 days.

FAQ

Who owns the rights to the figures?

You do, exactly as before. The video shows figures from your own paper; you must hold (or have) the right to reuse them, which is normally the case for preprints and CC-licensed papers. PaperReel claims no rights in your figures or your paper; you receive a video you may post anywhere.

Is the narration AI?

Yes. The narration is a stock AI voice reading the script you approved, and the closing card of every video says so. The script itself is generated from your paper and checked sentence-by-sentence against the text before you ever see it; you can edit any sentence on the approval page.

What if I do not like it?

You approve the script before anything is voiced, so the video says only what you signed off on. If the finished video still is not right, Plus includes two revisions. If you do not approve after two revisions, you get a refund.

Which papers work?

Any paper with at least two captioned figures in the PDF: arXiv, bioRxiv/medRxiv, journal PDFs. If we cannot fetch the PDF from your link we will email you for it.

How long does it take?

The script usually reaches you within a few hours; the video follows 24-48 h after you approve.
